Generally speaking, yes, it is best to schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure that the cleaner that you wish to book is available. That being said, it is often possible to arrange an appointment for the same day. Some of our team members might even be available at very short notice (an hour to an hour and a half) but we can’t guarantee this. If you’re looking for a cleaning service at short notice,don’t hesitate to book online now!.
We understand that things change and you may have to cancel an appointment. We are happy to cancel a booked service up to the day before it has been scheduled without a charge. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel appointments with less notice as our therapists have to travel to you.
While tips are always welcome and very much appreciated, they are not necessary. However, they
can be a great way of letting your cleaner know exactly just how outstanding a job they’ve done.
