A: Yes. We provide tailored office cleaning contracts and building/communal area cleaning across London with
daily, weekly or monthly schedules. We create a site-specific checklist and can include supervisor spot-checks.
Q: Can you work out of hours?
A: Absolutely—early mornings, evenings and weekends to minimise disruption.
Q: What’s in a typical contract scope?
A: Reception and desks, kitchens, bathrooms, floors (vacuum & mop), bins & recycling,
high-touch disinfection, entrances, corridors and lifts. Add-ons: interior windows, periodic deep cleans, machine floor cleaning (where applicable).
Q: Do you handle consumables?
A: On request we restock paper products, soap and bin liners. We can also use eco-friendly products.
Q: What about keys and access?
A: We follow your access policy and log key handovers securely. We can provide brief handover notes or photos after visits if needed.

Q: How do you price contracts?
A: We quote based on size, frequency and scope. Fixed monthly pricing is available after a short trial period to fine-tune the checklist.

A: Monthly invoices with clear line items. Card or bank transfer accepted.

Home Cleaning & One-Offs
Q: Do you offer same-day home cleaning?
A: Yes—same-day and next-day slots are often available. Book online in minutes.
Q: Do you bring products and equipment?
A: You can add “Cleaning products” to your booking. For equipment (vacuum/mop) please contact us before the appointment.
Q: Is end of tenancy cleaning agency-ready?
A: We follow landlord/agency standards with a clear checklist and popular add-ons like oven and interior windows.

Generally, yes! it’s best to book in advance to secure your preferred cleaner and time slot.
However, same-day bookings are often possible, and some of our team members may even be available within 2 hours. While we can’t guarantee last-minute availability, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

We understand that plans can change.
You’re welcome to cancel your booking free of charge up to the day before your scheduled appointment.
However, cancellations made with less notice are not possible, as our cleaners have already committed time and travel for your visit.
