Getting Started – What do I need to apply?

Jobs & Scheduling – How do shifts work?
We match jobs to your preferred areas and availability. You can accept or decline jobs in line with your schedule. Please keep your availability up to date and confirm travel time between addresses.
- ✔ Early mornings, evenings and weekends available
- ✔ Communal areas, offices and homes across London
- ✔ Please arrive on time; if delayed, inform support ASAP
At the Property – Access & Professionalism
- ✔ Follow access instructions (keys, codes, alarms) and respect building rules
- ✔ Dress neatly; be professional with clients and neighbours
- ✔ Use the agreed checklist; focus on high-touch areas and safety
- ✔ Report any damage or issues immediately
Products & Equipment – What’s provided?
Many jobs use client-provided equipment on site (vacuum, mop). If equipment is required from us, we’ll confirm in advance. Standard cleaning products can be arranged on request—follow the job notes.
Payments – How and when do I get paid?
Payments are made by bank transfer to the details you provide. Keep your hours accurate (check-in/out or job confirmation as instructed). We’ll share payment timing and any required references when you start.

Cancellations & Changes
If a client cancels or changes time, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives when available. If you need to cancel, please give maximum notice and message support so we can reassign.

- ✔ Follow site-specific checklists (reception, kitchens, bathrooms, floors)
- ✔ Quick handover notes or photos when requested
- ✔ Report hazards (leaks, breakages, unsafe areas) immediately
Safety & Data
Always prioritise health & safety. Use gloves where appropriate and never take risks. Respect client privacy and keep any personal data secure according to our policy.

Once you’re enrolled, you’ll get access to our platform, where you can easily:

After setting up your profile, you’ll start receiving client bookings.

You can choose exactly which types of jobs you’re willing, or not willing, to take on, and you’ll only receive bookings that match your preferences.

No, you’ll work as a self-employed cleaner. This means you choose when and where to work, and you’re responsible for your own taxes and national insurance contributions.
Yes! You set your working area when you apply, and you can update it anytime. We’ll only offer you jobs within your preferred zones.
No, there’s no minimum. Whether you want to work full-time or just a few hours per week, it’s up to you.
