We are recommending at the moment that you should not book any cleaning service if you are suffering with any cold or flu symptoms even if mild. We would ask you to telephone us if you have any doubts at all as to whether you should scheduled appointment through our booking system .

Don’t book any treatment if you or someone from your household needs to be isolated . 

You’ll need to wear a mask from the moment your cleaner arrives at your home for your treatment with a few exceptions. Unfortunately, your cleaner won’t be able to provide one for you so make sure you always have one to hand before making a booking in case If you have a disability reason or medical for not wearing a face covering, please let your cleaner to know by direct messaging them or by calling us. 

Washing  your hands is very important before and after any booking.  

If your cleaner notices there are flu symptoms on the customer she may reject the booking and leave your premises.
